🚚 Is Shipping Free?

We offer Free Shipping across India on most of our products.

For selected products, promotional offers, or remote serviceable locations, a nominal shipping fee may apply. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.

📦 When Will I Receive My Order?

Once your order is confirmed, it is processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–8 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

📍 Can I Track My Order?

Yes.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an AWB (Airway Bill) Tracking Number via email and/or SMS within 24–48 hours.

You can track your shipment anytime using our Track Order page by entering your Order ID or AWB Number.

📦 Why Did I Receive My Order in Multiple Packages?

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

This can happen because:

  • Products are dispatched from different fulfillment centers.
  • One item is available before another.
  • Different courier partners are used for quicker delivery.

There are no additional shipping charges for receiving multiple packages.

🚫 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing your order.

Sunovia is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for more information.

📍 Delivery Availability

Currently, Sunovia delivers only within India.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
